📄️ Select Instance
1. Currently, HooT has 3 instances. When you open the application for the first time, the application will open the Generic instance by default.
📄️ Access Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
1. In the login page, tap on “Privacy Policy” and “Terms and Conditions” located at the bottom of screen, as shown in figure 2.0.
📄️ Login/Signup
1. On the Login Screen, Click on the “Get Started” button as shown in figure 3.0. A popup will open that will show you the different login/signup options.
📄️ View Invited Conferences
1. Once you have logged in, you will be redirected to the Dashboard, On the dashboard under the heading “Invited Conferences”, you can view all the conferences you’ve been invited to.
📄️ View Recently Joined Conferences
1. Once you have logged in, you will be redirected to the Dashboard, On the dashboard under the heading “Recently Joined Conferences”, you can view all the conferences you’ve recently joined.
📄️ Create a conference
1. On the Dashboard, click on the “Create a conference” button as shown in figure 6.0.
📄️ Delete a conference
1. On the Dashboard, click on the delete icon of any conference as shown in figure 7.0.
📄️ Edit a conference
1. On the Dashboard, click on the edit button of any conference as shown in figure 8.0.
📄️ Join a conference
1. Click on the “Join a conference” button as shown in figure 9.0.
📄️ Connect to conference using SIP
1. SIP connections are now lazy-loaded on HooT i.e; you can only connect to conferences via SIP, once you use our API/UI to fetch your SIP account details.
📄️ Create an invite
1. On the Dashboard, click on the “Add invite” icon of a conference as shown in figure 11.0.
